Lucas will be joined by Timothy Ash, head of CEEMEA research at the Royal Bank of Scotland; Alexander Pivovarsky, senior economist and head of Eastern Europe and Caucasus research at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development; and Sergei Voloboev, director of Emerging Markets Economics Research.
